ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OF NABB
Our divisions are supported by an efficient system of departments
organized to develop, produce, market, sell, service, and
administer their activities.
Merchant Services Department - will develop and implement
procedures and policies for handling service inquiries and working
with merchants to develop and coordinate policies affecting the
motorcycle service areas.
Member Services Department - will develop, execute and evaluate
NABB’s membership service programs; staff functions
include–recruitment, admissions, accreditation, exam coordination,
member services, and member benefit programs.
Marketing Department - will develop and carry out appropriate
action programs that will result in significant improvement in the
sport of motorcycling. Will oversee publication of NABB’s printed
materials, works and consults with department staff on
publication needs . Promote, assist, and encourage NABB to
improve the relations and services among the motorcycling community.
Club Relations Department - will maintain files on member clubs, as
well as files on hundreds of other clubs seeking affiliation. The
department will assist clubs with bylaw revisions and helps clubs
resolve bylaw-related internal disputes.
Motorcycle Safety & Training Department - will implement minimum
standards established by the Motorcycle Safety Foundaton by
coordinating and documenting the department’s safety and
training program.
Planned Giving Department - will develop comprehensive
strategies regarding the solicitation of prospects on behalf of
NABB; advise in developing strategy for and managing prospects;
prepare and assist in prospect strategy meetings where donor
prospects are discussed.
Media Relations - will create and develop all media strategies for
NABB, in close collaboration with colleagues, and draft NABB press
releases and press advisories to seek new media coverage;
identify and develop relations with reporters on the national and
state level who cover global motorcycle policy and maintain
NABB's member newsletter.
